This beautiful detached house with a swimming pool with an inflatable jacuzzi and a beautiful private plot of land without any opposite is located at the gateway to the majestic Mont Ventoux and the Côtes du Rhône Wine Route, on the land of the very discreet owner. You will also have access to the entire wooded grounds.
Bollène, the first town in Provence arriving from the north, is located at the crossroads of four departments: Vaucluse, Drôme, Ardèche and Gard. Offering a pedestrian route climbing to its splendid Collegiate Church overlooking the Rhone Valley with a breathtaking view, the old town, with its ancient doors and charming little squares typically Provencal, will delight you.
In the immediate vicinity are the Mont Ventoux, nicknamed the Giant of Provence (the most athletic will try to climb it by bike), the Dentelles de Montmirail (an environment renowned for climbing, hiking in an exceptional natural setting and its exceptional wines), the Gorges de l'Ardèche whose descent by canoe is accessible to all and the exceptional site of the Vallon du Pont d'Arc, a 54-meter-high mineral arch under which the Ardèche river flows. Less than half an hour away, discover Orange and its Roman Theater and its Arc de Triomphe. A bicycle pool is available. 5mn drive from the freeway exit and 2 mn drive from the pharmacy, tobacco shop and bakery.
