The accommodation
Le chalet Les Sapins (150 m²), with a capacity of 14 people, is ideally located at the entrance to the resort of L'Alpe d'Huez and 200 m from a blue slope.
The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker), a living room (television), 5 bedrooms with shower and private toilet (2 doubles with double bed, 2 triples with three single beds, 1 quadruple with 2x2 bunk beds), balcony with view on the mountains.
At your disposal: sauna, whirlpool bath, ski room, 2 outdoor parking spaces, free shuttles (stop 100 m from the residence).

Conditions
Prices in euros including VAT, per week and per chalet
Deposit 1500€ per chalet (payment by credit card, cheque or cash).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
The chalets must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged
Tourist tax: Adult from 1,65€/day/person according to current rates - Children under 12 years old: free
Schedules :
Handing-over of keys on Saturday from 4pm
