The 190 m² chalet, with a capacity of 12 people, is located in a very quiet area at the entrance to the town of Chamonix (2 km from the centre, 150 m from the Bossons station, 500 m from Lac des Gaillands and 3 km from the Aiguille du Midi cable car) with a magnificent view over the entire Mont-Blanc panoramic chain. Large 50 m² living room with open plan kitchen (induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, melted accessories and scrapers), dining room (view over Mont-Blanc) with fireplace stove (wood provided), lounge area (with digital TV channels), video recorder, DTT, DVD player), 4 bedrooms with showers and toilets (two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 1 double bed, a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds and a quadruple bedroom with 2 twin beds + 2 bunk beds), separate toilet, balcony, garden (500 m²) with spa and sauna.
At your disposal: wifi throughout the chalet, ski room and equipment storage, laundry area (WC, washing machine and dryer), baby equipment at your disposal, table tennis table, free shuttle stop at 150 m, 2 private parking spaces, public parking nearby. Car essential.

Conditions
Prices in euros including VAT, per week and per chalet
Deposit 1500€ per chalet (payment by credit card, cheque or cash).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
The chalets must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged
Tourist tax: Adult from 1,65€/day/person according to current rates - Children under 12 years old: free

Handing-over of keys on Saturday from 4pm
Departure on Saturday before 10am
