We spent a week in this studio-cabin. The pluses: Superb location in the marina, almost feet in the water. Easy access, beach less than 10 minutes away on foot. Beautiful terrace in the garden. Pleasant, quiet residence. Minus : Dwelling "in its juice", some refurbishment would be welcome. French windows and shutters used. Nice sofa but bedding unsuitable for daily use. Blind unusable because of broken crank. Parasol also broken, making it difficult to stay on the terrace in the hot sun. Toilet flush handle broken. No shower holder or shower curtain. Full-height bucket cracked: unusable for mopping. for mopping. Microwave turntable no longer rotates as drive wing has disappeared. Cleaning done, but don't look too closely. The highlight: a wall cupboard cluttered with everything and nothing, especially a huge comforter and its cover (the owner's when he comes? He leaves personal things everywhere that have no business being in rented accommodation), duffel bags, a stained old pillow, a broken bucket, a broken crank, a broken parasol, a vacuum cleaner, and lots of other things... Please note: access to the shower room and WC is very, very narrow, so heavy people can't get in! A little renovation would make this small apartment an excellent base for a top vacation. And the value for money would be even better.

Apartment where space is very well used. Very functional, well equipped. Practical for families with adolescents who may have their independence. Beautiful terrace in an angle alternating sun and shade, with a very pleasant view. Quiet place.
