Apartment in a stone farmhouse, restructured to accommodate 4 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small bathroom. The accommodation has a terrace for outdoor dinners with barbecue, an above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, a small fireplace, a cot and parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The panoramic terrace equipped with table and barbecue, directly accessible from the kitchen, makes it an excellent choice for those who wish to relax, while reading a good book or dining outdoors. Close to the house is the above ground swimming pool which measures 9x6 with a depth of 0.90 metres, equipped with sun beds for the exclusive use of guests. Guests also have at their disposal a garden with lawn and olive trees, also accessible to the owners, a couple who live in the rest of the house. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
Almonte is the result of the restructuring of an old country house that has retained its rural character. The furniture is pleasant and consists of antique furniture in excellent condition. The entrance is located on the ground floor from the terrace and enters directly into the kitchen/dining room with fireplace, from which the living room can be accessed. A staircase leads to the first floor with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small bathroom.
Position
The house is located on the side of a hill between the cities of Lucca and the coasts of Versilia. The whole area is rich in large woods, small roads and scattered houses that were once farms transformed into villas that are now also inhabited by European citizens in search of peace. The accommodation enjoys a splendid view of the valley and the hills and excellent tranquillity.

Almonte is equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cot and parking on the property.

Are included in the price: the supply of household linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen (with weekly change), the consumption of electricity, water and gas, cot. On request and to be paid directly on site possibility of domestic help, cook and babysitter.
Useful information
Swimming pool open from 1/6 to 9/9. Access to the property using 300 meters of dirt road. The owners live in a part of the house with an independent entrance and use the external spaces but not the swimming pool.
Activities and Distances
The most important city is Lucca and it is accessible in 20 minutes by car. Access to the Versilia sea is by taking a pleasant road from the interland, arriving from the top of the hills and going down to Camaiore, an important citadel in the interland of Versilia. If you want to extend the route of your excursions, you can reach Pisa or Florence in just one hour by car.
Lucca at 13 km, Versilia at 33 km (beaches), Pisa at 34 km, Montecatini Terme at 44 km, Florence at 90 km.
