A nice summer villa in Benissa coast with private pool for 6 persons. This villa is situated a privileged urbanization the fustera close to the sandy beach (400 m) and has a closed plot of 700 m² with trees. The villa consists of 2 floors the living area is about 130 m2.
Ground floor: Closed garage for one car and a washing machine.
1st floor: (access via external stairs 15) Large living room with satellite TV (languages: Spanish, French, English and German) with access to the covered terrace with wonderful views on the sea and the swimming pool. Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and kitchenware. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath, wc and wash basin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and wash basin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outside there is a large terrace where you can enjoy the swimming pool (8x4), outside shower and BBQ area.
Distances: (0.4 km to the beach “the fustera”), supermarket and restaurants (0.4 km), sandy beach and promenade (“Levante” in Calpe about 3 km) and Calpe center (5 km). Parking for 2-3 vehicles in the plot.
Extras:
Pets with weight under 12 kilos are allowed. Extra cost of 40 euros per stay. It´s possible to accommodate one extra person with an extra cost.
