Super Lage - in 1 Minute am Strand. Es war in der ersten Woche schön ruhig und angenehm. Leider war in der zweiten Woche eine Kettenraucherfamilie in der Nachbarwohnung, sodass wir 1 Woche Ekel statt Meergeruch hatten, nachts dem Schnarchen zuhören mussten und am Morgen dem Röcheln des Raucherhustens mit Würgegeräuchen, die erst aufhörten, als uns die Luft anhielt vom ersten Zigarrettenrauch. Da der Wind fast immer vom Meer kam, hat es uns den Rauch fast immer hergeblasen. Nächstesmal schauen wir, dass wir eine Wohnung ganz vorne bekommen. Es wäre schön, wenn auf solchen Anlagen ein absolutes Rauchverbot gelten könnte.

The advantage of the location is that it overlooks a beautiful beach (100 meters), near the city center (nice with its houses soulacaises, shops, restaurants etc ...). The setting is generally pleasant, family atmosphere, friendly and responsive staff. Our teenagers loved the atmosphere and made new friends thanks to the teenagers' club. The small downside is that the accommodation is spartan (lacking a sofa and or armchair in the main room) but it is still functional for a week's holiday. The balance sheet is positive
