Comfortable one room apartment just outside the historical center; the access by car is extremely easy and it takes a 10 min. walk straight to Piazza S. Marco (orig. David in the 'Galleria dell'Accademia') and in 15 min to the Duomo; besides all the the joys of the center you are close to the Museum Stibbert at just a 9 min. walk away, and it's park can be visited all year round for free. The best period to visit the 'Giardino dell'Orticoltura', just 350m away, is during the flower exibition in April. Typical italian food stores, a cafè and a supermarket are just down the road. The apartment, situated on the first floor (without lift) of a typical building, has been recently renovated. There is a railway branch line next to the house. Central heating and air conditioning. To be requested at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: extra cleaning hours (15 Euro/hour), cooking classes in a typical tuscan restaurant.
PLEASE NOTE:Check-in: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 30 Euros fee will be applied.
