Located on the Île des loisirs, in a wooded setting, the residence is close to the port, shops, international golf and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. You will stay in fully equipped air-conditioned apartments that open onto a terrace or garden. From April, you can enjoy a beautiful heated swimming pool and a bar area to share a drink with family or friends.
At your disposal on site: wifi access to the apartments, laundry (for a fee) and outdoor parking.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: accommodation + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 2.53€/person/night (from 18 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to notify the reception of the residence before 5pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow
