House divided into two independent apartments and a separate studio that share the garden and swimming pool. This property is located only 1 km from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell.
This small studio is located on a second floor without elevator.
Basic and small living room with tv and access to a pleasant and furnished terrace with beautiful views. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and oven, 1 recently modernised bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is open between May and October.
Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.
- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and

Accommodation in its original state, with a big downside in terms of housekeeping, as the studio was not very clean when we arrived... A few kitchen utensils are missing (spatulas, saucepans, breakfast bowls, etc.). Apart from that, the studio is very good for a couple, the terrace is very pleasant, well located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes drive from the beach. There are plenty of walks along the seafront. We had a great stay.
