This property is nicely located amidst valleys and it is part of a small estate producing an excellent wine, "Montecarlo wine". The lovely small fortified hamlet of Montecarlo is a short distance away. This property offers a large fenced in lawn with nice olive trees, a beautiful pool and a large solarium terrace.

The units Melograni 1 and 2 can be connected through a spiral staircase.
