Nice property with 3 units created by restoring the ancient cellars of a villa dating back to the 19th century, situated near the lovely town of Lucca. This property is in nice location at the hill foot of the hills surrounding Lucca. The 2 units in our program are furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal outdoor area.
The outside offers a large garden (1000 square meters) and a beautiful pool.
Within 50 km there are the towns of Collodi, Pinocchio home town, Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini spas, the Versilia coastline area renowned for its beautiful shops, restaurants and nightlife.
The road connecting Lucca to Pescia passes approx. 200 m away on a lower level in respect to the property.
