The accommodation didn't live up to the description: blatantly unkempt and dirty (broken footboard and BZ, broken base unit, out-of-order dishwasher left on the balcony, worn bedding, stains on walls and bedding). The swimming pool was cold and closed every other day, and the jacuzzis and one sauna were out of order. We will be sending you a complaint about the 2 rental units.

The welcome in the resort by the hostesses and the shopkeepers is pleasant..the environment conforms to the proposal..a plus appreciated the free shuttles...the sybelles high station of which most of the accomodations would gain to be updated as well as the furniture and the kitchen accessories..overall satisfaction of the discovery of the place.

Hello We are particularly disappointed by this rental which does not correspond in our opinion to a three star residence. The interior is mediocre with a particularly faded sofa and especially the absence of heating in the main bedroom with a draught under the window. The first night was a sleepless one and for the second we asked for extra comforters. In fact we shortened our stay by one night and left last night. It seems to us that this deserves a compensation. Positive point the reception and the swimming pool complex which allowed us to warm up. Good day to the one who will read us

The entire residence is dilapidated and in need of renovation. Examples include the entrance stairs, corridors and bathroom. The 160cm mattress in our room was not suitable, resting on 2 90cm box springs and touching the radiator! fortunately it was summer and we didn't need to turn it on. To avoid a fire, it would be better to check the radiators!

Fuyez tourist factory!!! a business that takes advantage of having 3 stars to charge excessive rates (rent and services) while investing a minimum to take the maximum pogon. Truly not worthy of a 3-star rating, the residence is deplorable, dilapidated and poorly maintained, and all this at a high price: 463 euros without TV (45 euros/week option) for a 2-room apartment. The minimum staff is blasé and overwhelmed by the criticisms, and it was a maintenance technician who gave us an inventory of fixtures! We were very disappointed that Locasun could offer such rentals. Nothing to do with the photos on the site. A poorly equipped apartment with tired, patched-up furniture, a kitchen with a small fridge with missing parts (Hs freezzer doors, Hs door shelf), no hote the furniture above the hob is permanently greasy. In the bedroom, a spotlight socket is missing. In the bathroom, a shower curtain is torn. The toilet is stuck to a radiator, very uncomfortable for a heavy person. In terms of relaxation, there's a swimming pool for around 110 apartments (hello crowds) and it's only open from 9.30am to 12pm and then from 4pm to 7pm. To put it mildly, the locals and shopkeepers with whom I spoke would not recommend these residences. In short, to be ABSOLUTELY avoided!
