Pleasent summervilla only a few minutes from a small, exclusive sandbeach. This villa with private pool is for 6 people and it’s situated at the coast of Benissa in the area “La Fustera”. This villa is arranged on one floor with a living space of 120 m² and it has a plot with a nice garden, completely enclosed with aprox. 800 m².
Main floor: (2 steps) large living-dining room with several, very comfortable sofas, Sat-TV/TDT, and Access to the covered terrace and the pool. On a higher level by 3 steps there is the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and dining area.
Independent kitchen, completely equipped with gas hob, washing machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemachine and all the necessary cookware. From the kitchen, access to the dining area.
1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin.
Outside: large terrace on the same level, where you can enjoy the kidney-shaped pool (8x4m) with built-in stairs. You can relax in the shadow of the covered terrace. 1room with washing machine. Parking on the plot for 2-3 cars, one of them is covered.
Distances: sandbeach “la fustera” (0,9 km) supermarkets and restaurants (0,7 km). Sandbeach in Calpe, “playa de levante” (2,8 km). Town centre Calpe (6 km)
