Pleasant apartment with terrace in a residence with a large pool and communal area, ideally located 300 meters from the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Bright and functional rental to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is distributed in a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and an open kitchen equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc., an American bar with stools , the living room with its dining set, a double sofa bed, ceiling fan and windows to access the covered terrace, with table and chairs, and views of the pool and the green areas that surround it.
For greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, bedding and shower towels. The rent does not include a parking space, however it is next to a large free public parking.
The apartment is located on the first floor with a lift inside a well-kept residence that offers a large communal pool divided into an adult pool with an island with a palm tree and plants, and a pool for children, there are also outdoor showers and a large green area with grass, palm trees, a fountain and 2 petanque courts.
The residential building has an ideal location since it is very close to the beach of La Pineda implemented with showers and beach bars, with its pedestrian promenade lined with shops, parks, etc. and the tourist center of the coastal city where all kinds of services and shops are installed. Within walking distance there is also the Aquopolis water park located in front of the promenade and a few minutes by car or bus the PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park in Salou.
Ideal rental to enjoy a large and beautiful pool and green areas, as well as the ease of walking to the beach and activities.

La Pineda is a very beautiful coastal city that is part of the Costa Dorada area, it is located 100 km south of Barcelona, 8 km from Tarragona whose Tarraco archaeological site in front of the beach, is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco. 10 km away are the cities of Reus, known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets; and Cambrils with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club. Salou is 5 km away with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe.
La Pineda stretches along a large sandy beach, crystal clear waters and a slight slope ideal for children to play by the sea. This city also has a pleasant pedestrian and cyclist promenade with palm trees and tall pines, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors and pretty fountains.
The coastal city promotes family tourism by offering activities for all ages such as the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show and a modern Aquum spa and thalassotherapy center.
From La Pineda you can easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and familiar area known for its natural landscapes and coves with crystal clear waters. Salou is a coastal city that offers all kinds of leisure activities for adults and children, including the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park, its characteristic golden sand, its international culture and its festive atmosphere make Salou one of the most fashionable places on the Costa Dorada and in Spain.
