Beautiful adjoining two-storey villa with a private barbecue and access to a large surveyed community swimming pool to be found about 200 metres from there.
The house, bright, well equipped and laid out, counts with two double bedrooms , a complete bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor and an additional independent toilet on the ground floor where you'll find the living room and the open-plan equipped kitchen. From the living room, you have a direct access to the main terrace which is completely furnished (table + chairs + sunshade) and has a stone barbecue for you to have great times with your family. In order to have you make the most of the sunny days, you have, on the first floor, a second terrace with views onto the community green zone; it is just outside the main bedroom.
Ideally located, about 3 kms from the beautiful sand beaches of Miami Playa and to the centre of the seaside resorts where you're made available all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists...), this house allows you to access, no more than 200 metres from there, to the large municipal community swimming pool of the housing scheme "Via Marina" with its bar and children playground.
