Beautiful apartment with air conditioning, standing on the ground floor of a family residence with community green zone and swimming pool.
This apartment, spacious and very bright, counts with 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a complete bathroom with bathtub, a beautiful totally equipped kitchen opened to the living room. This living room is composed by a dining area and relax space with sofa bed and 2 armchairs facing the flat screen television.
The kitchen is pleasant for its large window and its big arch-shaped opening to walk directly to the living room with way out, thanks to picture window, to the private terrace and garden.
Just in front of the garden, the covered terrace is fitted out with table, chairs, sun shade and deckchairs, perfect to eat and to enjoy it at any time.
This private outdoor space, secure thanks to a little locked gate which has a direct access to the 6000 sqm community garden made of lawn, palm trees,...very well maintained surrounding the beautiful 17x9 m swimming pool with Roman stairs.
Nicely kept property, entirely equipped with comfortable furniture to host up to 6 persons, complete set of household appliances including dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, modern decor, lots of storage places, Hi-Fi equipment, a cot for free ( if requested), a private parking spot inside the residence and everything needed to spend comfortable holidays.
For additional well-being, as optional services, air conditioning (30 euros per week, for free for 2 weeks or more stays) as well as linen (sheets and shower towels, 25 euros per person per stay) are available.
It is part of a quiet and family residence, made of little blocks of 4 apartments, spaced from one another in a vast well maintained green area all around the swimming pool. The surrounding area is composed by little residences and villas in a maritime pines natural environment and 500 m away from snack bar Papaya provided with a mini market.
5 minutes riding, stand the fabulous fine sand beaches and creeks of Miami Playa famous for its clear water. They have convenient access thanks to numerous and free park spots.
5 minutes too from the centre of Miami Playa and all kinds of facilities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream makers, many services like chemists, bus stops, Plana stores to book visits and excursions, and activities for the whole family.
The beaches are bordered by a maritime promenade with viewpoint and the beautiful creeks of fine sand and crystal waters are fitted out with showers and beach bars.
About 5 kms from there you'll reach the pretty beach of Playa Riviera with its restaurants in the sand, shops for sun beds or sunshade rental, etc … and more or less 2,3 kms from the house, you get to the long Playa Cristal with its maritime promenade, little restaurants, stores and a playground for the little ones and which allows to join walk the nautical port and centre of Hospitalet del Infant.
The main closeby seaside resorts like Cambrils, Salou (both Northwards) or the little typical resort of Ametlla de Mar (Southwards) are easily accessible, by car or by bus with regular lines all throughout the summer.
This apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or adults; it stands in a quiet and wooded residential area, close to Bonmont Golf Club and away from bustle of the close seaside resort.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.
Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a pretty pedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.
