Comfortable apartment, new and air conditioned, in a standing residence with indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a Spa zone and sports facilities, located close to Salou's long sand beach with the Jaume I maritime promenade and summer centre of the seaside resort.
This apartment is spacious and bright with two large bedrooms, the first one in suite with double bed, big closet and a complete bathroom with bathtub, and the second one with two single beds and closet, a second bathroom with a shower cabin, a completely equipped independent kitchen with a complete range of household appliances including a dishwasher, an oven, etc … and much storage, as well as a pleasant living room with dining area (table and chairs), sofas, armchair, and a big television screen with satellite.
It makes available two terraces: a first one, bigger, with direct view onto the residence's big swimming pool with children's area and large garden with lawn, fitted out as an additional dining area with table, chairs and rolling sun blind, and a second one, turned to the back of the residence, facing the bedrooms, with deck furniture and an overall view to the pinar.
This property, very functional, stands on the second floor with an elevator which allows direct access to the corridor outside the apartment from the subterranean parking lot of the residence where a private numbered spot is reserved for free under your name.
It also includes the integrated air conditioning (or heating depending on dates), running through all the rooms, an unlimited Wifi connection, a satellite with international channels as well as the complete linen (sheets and shower towels).
This residence is one of the most beautiful over Salou with many facilities available with free access for the holidaymakers staying there: covered swimming pool, heated and air conditioned, jacuzzi, sauna, gym room, two big outdoor swimming pools with children's area, a playground for the little ones and a wide garden with lawn.
In the residence, there also is a paddle track to be reserved per hour in reception, just as for any of the Spa cares.
The outdoor swimming pool is available from May, 1st to September, 30th and the indoor pool, available all year long, is available only if wearing a bathing cap.
For your children's security, the access to the indoor swimming pool is authorized for children aged more than 3.
The Spa area, accessible for everyone aged more than 14, is opened from Tuesday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:30 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
