Nice apartment with two terraces inside a luxury residence with indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym and sports area, ideally located close to the beach and the Salou promenade.
Bright and spacious rental with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation has 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of them type suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and one of them has access to a terrace with a table, chairs and views of the pool and interior of the residence. Then there is the second bathroom with shower, the fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) with an access door to the terrace. The pleasant living-dining room furnished with a dining set, chaise-longue sofa, television, armchair and large windows to access the second covered terrace furnished with sofas and an outdoor dining set, the views are towards the interior of the residence and pool.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes WiFi, satellite with international channels, air conditioning (or heating depending on the season), bedding and shower towels and a numbered parking space.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator, within a beautiful residencial complex with a large community area of 3,000 m² that offers a covered and heated swimming pool that requires the use of a swimming cap and is allowed for children from 3-years old, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, two large outdoor pools, playground for the little ones and a large green space with grass and palm trees.
The residential offers optional extra services such as a paddle tennis court as well as treatments in the SPA center, all to be booked at the reception of the building, accessible for everyone aged more than 14, is opened from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00; SPA opening schedule depending on the season. The inside Pool and the SPA will be used respecting the sanitary rules applicable at the moment.
The residential complex is ideally located less than 800 meters from the beach Playa Llevant of Salou and the pleasant Jaume I promenade with its restaurants and shops, and a few minutes walking are Plaza Europa and Avenida Principado de Andorra in the tourist and lively center with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.
About 10 minutes away is the PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park and 2km away is the downtown of Salou with its municipal market, typical and small restaurants.
Ideal rental to enjoy a vacation at any time of the year combining swimming pools and beaches, moments of relaxation and leisure activities.

Salou is the most touristic coastal city on the Costa Dorada located in Catalonia. It is located 100km south of Barcelona, 10km from Tarragona whose Tarraco Archaeological Site on front of the beach, is considered a World Heritage Site by Unesco. 10 km away is Reus, a city known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets. And just a few minutes away are the coastal towns of La Pineda, where the Aquopolis water park is located; and Cambrils, with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club.
Highly appreciated for its climate, its beautiful golden sand beaches, its festive and Mediterranean atmosphere with multiple leisure activities such as the famous PortAventura-Ferrari Land theme park; Salou is today considered one of the most trendy summer destinations in Spain and Europe.
Salou is a great tourist city that has been developed around a gorgeous bay with its 8 beaches and coves of fine sand linked by two beautiful promenades and a beautiful path: “El Camí de Ronda” that borders the coast to discover different and splendid panoramic views.
The coastal city of Salou is divided into different districts:
- Two long promenades, Jaume I and Miramar: with pedestrian and bicycle lanes, lined with palm trees, fountains and many shops, they are located in the Nautical Port that offers a nice walk until the Monument to the Fisherman.
- The city center, “the town” in the Ponent part of Salou, opposite the sports marina where most of the inhabitants live throughout the year.
- The heart of the coastal city the tourist center with restaurants, entertainment, game rooms, music bars and discotheques, is located at the end of the Jaume I promenade.
- The quiet and most preserved neighborhood, “Cap Salou” on the Salou cornice in a natural environment formed by pine trees and coves, which connects the center of Salou with the Playa Llarga.
