Apartment with air conditioning, ideally located in a family residence with swimming pool and garden, close to La Pineda's beach and centre.
This is a cute property which has a spacious bedroom with double bed and integrated closet, a complete bathroom with shower, and an equipped kitchen, opened with an American bar, to the pretty living room with a sofa-bed and an additional sofa.
In the bedroom and in the living room you'll find wide picture windows to walk out directly to the apartment's terrace, comfortably equipped with a table, 4 chairs and rolling sun blinds to enjoy as much as possible the outdoor area with view onto the residence's swimming pool and green zone.
Well maintained and equipped, with washing-machine, big fridge, fans, satellite TV with international channels, much storage, etc … it also includes the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels as well as an unlimited Internet connection and the air conditioning is available as an optional service which can be asked for on key collection.

La Pineda is a seaside resort over Costa Dorada, which stands 100 kms South from Barcelona, 5 kms South from Tarragona with its rich cultural patrimony and UNESCO classification (Roman ruins), 2 kms North from Salou and close to the famous Port Aventura theme park.
La Pineda extends all the way by a long fine sand beach, appreciated by families for its crystal water and soft slope, ideal for young children; it is lined by a beautiful maritime promenade, for walks and rides, fitted out with palm trees, high pine trees, children playgrounds, shops and pretty fountains.
The seaside resort is favourable to family tourism as it offers activities for people of all age including the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, the modern Aquum Spa and Thalasso centre, sports and entertainment activities on the beach, many tapas bars, chill-out cafes, ice-cream makers, shops of all sorts, children playgrounds, musical bars, as well as the big Pacha Nightclub.
From La Pineda, you easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and family residential area, nestled among a more preserved and natural environment which offers large sand creeks as well as a little shopping centre with stores, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …
Cap Salou has the most beautiful beaches and creeks over Salou, all of them connected to one another and to the resort's animated centre thanks to a pedestrian footbridge which was fitted out a couple of years ago and runs all along the coast.
