Nice penthouse with terrace in a detached house renovated into three independent apartments and located less than 70 meters from the great beach of Vilafortuny-Cambrils.
Bright and functional rental to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a well-equipped independent kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) whose sliding doors open to the living-dining room furnished with a table and four chairs, double sofa bed, television, stereo and dvd player. From the living room you can access the two large terraces installed on each side of the apartment, which are furnished with a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the views of the sea. In summer part of the terrace is covered to enjoy it in the sunniest hours.
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi and satellite to watch French and Russian channels. As an optional service to request in advance is the bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person.
The apartment is located on the second and last floor without elevator (with few external stairs) inside a house that has been rehabilitated into three apartments whose communal area is fully fenced and it has an outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach and a construction barbecue. In this area is the washing machine that is for personal use of this apartment only.
Property ideally located in a blind alley that leads directly to the beach and the pedestrian and cyclist promenade that runs along the long sandy beach of Vilafortuny that connects the two tourist cities of Salou and Cambrils, each with its tourist centers and nautical port .
The quiet residential area of Vilafortuny offers various activities and is equipped with playgrounds, shops, bus stops, bars, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, etc., as well as an extensive beach with lifeguards and equipped with showers and playgrounds.
Excellent rental recommended to enjoy a quiet beach with access to various water and leisure activities offered by the neighboring towns.
