Cute villa with private terrace in a pretty family residence with community green zone, swimming pools and easy access to Miami Playa's beaches.
This house, comfortable, is spread over two levels with, on the first floor, a complete bathroom, colorful and well maintained, with bathtub, as well as a pretty double bedroom with double bed, a big storage closet, a ceiling fan and wide French doors allowing direct way out to the private terrace with view onto the community area of the residence and swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable triple bedroom with 2 singles beds, as well as a beautiful living room with a sofa, a tv smart, a dining area with a table and chairs and a very well equipped open-plan kitchen with a big fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, etc …
In the living room, large French doors have been installed to walk out to the ground floor big covered terrace, completely fitted out with a stone barbecue, work surface, dining area with table and chairs, a big sliding arbour and rolling panels to be protected from the sun.
This main terrace which extends to a little secure gate that provides direct access to the residence's green zone and swimming pools.
Prettily decorated and very well equipped, this villa makes available complete household appliances: air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tv with streaming conection,..
The bed linen and toilets are optional, for 10€ by person.
Perfect for relaxing holidays, it is part of a pleasant family residence which has a well maintained garden and a swimming pool with two areas (adults and children) and an outdoor shower, as well as parking spots all around the residence so that you can easily park in the street with very few traffic.
Ideally located, in a peaceful family residential area standing on the wooded hills of Miami Playa, it stands only 3,5 kms from the seaside resort's fine sand creeks such as Cala dels Vienesos, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari and about 4 kms from the long Playa Cristal with its fine sand, clear water and its pretty maritime promenade with bars, restaurants, shops and children playgrounds.
It is easy to get parked on the beach front where many free parking spots are available for holiday makers.
Miami Playa's tourist centre is located about 3 kms from the residence and you'll find there all kinds of facilities: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemist, etc … as well as many activities such as games rooms and playgrounds for the little ones.
The closeby resorts of Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda are easily reachable by car or by bus (there is a bus stop about 100 metres from the residence – lines to be checked) : more animated, they offer many facilities, all kinds of services as well as numerous activities for all the family.
Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day (limited to 7 days).

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.
Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.
In the centre, you'll find supermarkets, catering stores, restaurants, bars, chemists, as well as many stores.
Miami Playa is also surrounded by pretty housing schemes with beautiful holiday residences such as “El Casalot” standing Northwards, in a wooded environment, close to the mountains and to the famous Bonmont Golf Course , “Pino Alto” which leads to the beautiful Playa Cristal, or even “Massos d'en Blade”, residential area at the entrance of Miami Playa with vast green zones and an easy access to savage and virgin beautiful beaches.
Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
