Pretty two-storey villa, well equipped and maintained; it has a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen and direct access, thanks to picture windows, to the terrace and garden, nicely landscaed with a big stone barbecue, furnished shadowy terrace (table + chairs + bench + trees and paved floor) and a spot to park your car. From the private garden to be found outside the house, you have a direct yet private and secure access to the community green zone where you'll find the swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a second terrace, smaller, with views onto the swimming pool.
The house is part of a family, quiet and wooden residencewith a staircase community swimming pool to allow you to get some rest.
The beautiful fine sand beaches in Miami Playa are easily accessible and, in the centre of the seaside resort of Miami Playa, you're made available all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists...).
