Charming little villa with a beautiful private garden in a pleasant family residence with green zone and community swimming pool, close to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa.
This house, spread out on two levels, is well laid out, bright and functional.
On the first floor stand a complete bathroom with bathtub and the main bedroom with double bed, big closet and French doors allowing access to the pretty private terrace with views onto the villa's private garden down below and onto the residence's community area and swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you'll find additional independent toilets, the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a big closet, as well as a living room with two distinct areas: the area for relax with a sofa-bed and television screen and the dining area, just before the open-plan kitchen (big fridge, microwave, cooktop, coffee machine, etc...).
French doors standing close to the sofa-bed allow direct access, just outside the living room, to the pleasant covered terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and a stone barbecue with work surface.
Facing the terrace and around the house stands a very pretty corner garden with lawn, trees, a big gate for you to park, if you want, your car in the alley by the house, and a little gate to reach directly, from the garden, the residence's community green zone and swimming pool (direct yet private and secure access).
Original and cute, this villa is part of a pretty, quiet and friendly family residence where about 20 similar houses share the green zone with lawn and community swimming pool with Roman stairs, ladders and outdoor shower.
It stands in the quiet residential area of Casalot, about 650 metres from a nice bar-restaurant and more or less 2 kms from a catering restaurant with take-away store and from a big supermarket for you to go shopping.
The beautiful beaches and creeks of Miami Playa, with fine sand and crystal water, such as the famous “Cala dels Vienesos”, “Cala de les Sirenes” and “Cala del Solitari”, are located about 3,5 kms from the villa; you easily get there after a few minutes drive only and can easily park by the sea where free parking spots have been made available to holidaymakers.
The long fine sand beach of “Playa Cristal”, completely fitted out with maritime promenade, children playgrounds, chill-out bars, restaurants, shops, etc … is only 4 kms from there.
Very much appreciated by families for its quietness and natural and wooded environment, this residence allows easy access to the centre of Miami Playa (3 kms) where you'll find all kinds of facilities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc …), services (medical centre, chemist, bus stops, etc … ) and activities (playgrounds for the little ones, games rooms, etc …).
It is easy to reach, thanks to the speedways and national road, the nearby seaside resorts like for instance Cambrils with its little port, shopping streets and long maritime promenade, Salou with its famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme parks, its long main beach and Jaume I maritime promenade, or La Pineda with the Aquopolis water park and the Aquum Spa centre, as well as the cities of reus and Tarragona, with a rich cultural patrimony.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.
Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.
In the centre, you'll find supermarkets, catering stores, restaurants, bars, chemists, as well as many stores.
Miami Playa is also surrounded by pretty housing schemes with beautiful holiday residences such as “El Casalot” standing Northwards, in a wooded environment, close to the mountains and to the famous Bonmont Golf Course , “Pino Alto” which leads to the beautiful Playa Cristal, or even “Massos d'en Blade”, residential area at the entrance of Miami Playa with vast green zones and an easy access to savage and virgin beautiful beaches.
Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
