Apartment with terrace in a pleasant family residence with swimming pools and very close to the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom with a bunk bed furnished (two single beds and wardrobes), a complete bathroom with bidet and bathtub, the well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). The living room furnished with a dining set, sofa bed, television and has large windows to access the terrace that has a table and chairs, a roll-up awning for the sunniest hours and with views of La Pineda.
To extend the comfort the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, satellite (with French and English channels), air conditioning and bedding (sheets and shower towels). There is a free car park about 400 meters from the residence.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator inside a quiet family residence that offers two swimming pools (adults and children) surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass. Next to the residence, on the same street, there is a shaded playground.
The residential is located just 300 meters from the extensive sandy beach of La Pineda along its promenade, where showers, lifeguard posts, beach bars, small shops, etc. are installed. And very close to the tourist center of the coastal town, close to all kinds of amenities, services and activities, including the Aquopolis water park, the Aquum spa and bus stops.
A few minutes by car or bus is Salou, the tourist capital of the Costa Dorada, with its PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
