Bright apartment with a beautiful corner terrace, located in a small family residence with pool and just a few minutes walking from the beautiful coves and beaches of Miami Playa.
Spacious and functional rental with capacity to accommodate up to 5 people ( capacity confort recommended for 4 people).
The apartment is distributed in a bedroom suite with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, television and a spacious bathroom with bidet and bathtub, the second bedroom has a trundle bed (two comfortable single beds), a chest of drawers on wheels and a single folding bed, and after is the toilet. The equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, etc.) has a sliding door that leads to the living room furnished with a dining set, two sofas in front of the television and large windows to access the beautiful corner terrace, covered and furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the views of the swimming pool and the garden of the residence, and in the distance the maritime pines and the sea.
For greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning installed in the middle of the room to cool down all the amenities, and it also includes a small numbered parking space.
As an optional service to be requested in advance is the bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person.
The apartment is on the first floor with a lift, inside a small family residence with a communal area with a garden, a swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower.
The residence is ideally located on the seafront and on a one-way street that goes along the coast and offers quick access to the beautiful coves and beaches of Miami Playa: Cala dels Vienesos, Playa Penyals, Cala de les Sirenes, Cala del Solitari, Playa Cristal... all of them with all their services, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults.
The beaches of Miami Playa are known for their tranquility, their natural environment, crystal clear waters, fine sand and they have free parking.
The most tourist cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the parks of PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis, are easily accessible by car or bus.
Nice rental to enjoy a vacation in a quiet environment, with the advantage of having a swimming pool and the proximity of the beach.

Apartment very well located, spacious, clean, swimming pool and coves at 5 mns. Only nice TV snag but no French channels! We saw the problem as soon as we arrived and not solved at the end of the stay...
