Pleasant apartment duplex with a private solarium located in a small family residence with a swimming pool, just two minutes walk from the beautiful coves and beaches of Miami Playa.
Bright and functional, with two bedrooms and two terraces, located on the top floor with a lift, the apartment is suitable to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is divided into three levels, on the main floor there is a terrace furnished with a table and six chairs, and with a view of the sea from a corner, through a large window it communicates directly with the living room that has air conditioning, sofa bed double, flat screen television, then there is the dining room facing the open kitchen and equipped with appliances and cabinets, and finally the toilet. The first floor is accessed through the stairs from the living room, where there is a complete bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with wardrobe and trundle bed (2 single beds), and the second double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, double bed and a window that leads to a balcony with a staircase to access the private solarium terrace.
For greater comfort, the rental includes air conditioning, a private and numbered parking space, also in the surrounding streets it is easy and free to park. Bedding and towels are an optional service to be booked in advance (50 euros / week).
Rental located in the heart of a small family residence, in a quiet area where only a dozen similar apartments share the communal area that has a stepped pool and a children's pool as well as outdoor showers.
The location of the residence is ideal to enjoy the pleasures of the pool and the beautiful coves and sandy beaches with all their amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults (Cala de Les Sirenes and Cala Solitari, Cala Misteri, easily accessible if you go with a baby carriage or wheelchair, and Playa de Cristal whose promenade connects Miami Beach with L'Hospitalet de l'Infant). To park on the beaches of Miami Playa is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the parks of PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis, are easily accessible both by car and by bus.

Located 120 km south of Barcelona, 20 km from Salou and the famous PortAventura-Ferrari Land theme park, 15 km from Cambrils, and 15 km from the small fishing port of L'Ametlla del Mar and the wild coves of Las Tres Coves with crystalline waters, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
