Air conditioned apartment standing in one of the most beautiful residences in La Pineda with 20,000 sqm green zone with children playground and community swimming pool, close to La Pineda's beach.
This property on the second floor, spacious and functional, counts with two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a complete bathroom with bathtub and an equipped open-plan kitchen, leading to the bright living room with sofa-bed.
The large living room allows direct way out, thanks to picture windows, to a large furnished terrace with table, chairs and rolling sun blinds. It can be used as an additional dining area or to rest in the shadow at any moment of the day.
The terrace, with view to a little dead-end street, perpendicular to one of the main streets in La Pineda, is rather quiet.
This is a well maintained and comfortably equipped apartment to accommodate up to 6 people with much storage area, a full range of household appliances as well as a ceiling fan in the living room and, for more comfort, the air conditioning an linen are both included.
There is no private parking spot although you should have no hard time parking your car in the streets around the residence, for free.
The apartment is part of a family residence with elevators and is completely fitted out with vast green areas, 2 swimming pools, fountains, sports tracks, Paddle tracks, mini golf, petanque track and playgrounds for the young and not-so-young.
Close to La Pineda's fine sand beach, its maritime promenade and all the facilities available in the centre of the seaside resort : bakeries, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, Spa centre, bus stops with 24-24 regular lines, etc...
In La Pineda, there also is a big water park, Aquopolis, with dolphinarium and just a few minutes from there, you'll get to Salou, the neighbor seaside resort with its famous Port Aventura -Ferrari Land theme park.

La Pineda is a seaside resort over Costa Dorada, which stands 100 kms South from Barcelona, 5 kms South from Tarragona with its rich cultural patrimony and UNESCO classification (Roman ruins), 2 kms North from Salou and close to the famous Port Aventura theme park.
La Pineda extends all the way by a long fine sand beach, appreciated by families for its crystal water and soft slope, ideal for young children; it is lined by a beautiful maritime promenade, for walks and rides, fitted out with palm trees, high pine trees, children playgrounds, shops and pretty fountains.
The seaside resort is favorable to family tourism as it offers activities for people of all age including the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, the modern Aquum Spa and Thalasso centre, sports and entertainment activities on the beach, many tapas bars, chill-out cafes, ice-cream makers, shops of all sorts, children playgrounds, musical bars, as well as the big Pacha Nightclub.
From La Pineda, you easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and family residential area, nestled among a more preserved and natural environment which offers large sand creeks as well as a little shopping centre with stores, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …
Cap Salou has the most beautiful beaches and creeks over Salou, all of them connected to one another and to the resort's animated centre thanks to a pedestrian footbridge which was fitted out a couple of years ago and runs all along the coast.
