Renovated apartment, with the air conditioning, standing in front of the beach in Cambrils - Horta de Santa Maria.
This is a very pretty apartment which counts with a double bedroom with big closet, a complete bathroom, removated, with a shower, and a nice and bright living room with equipped open-plan kitchen and direct way out to the terrace. The latter is furnished with table, chairs and a rolling sunblind and allows views onto the sea, in the distance. The apartment has modern decoration with parquet floor and a large picture window to get to the terrace.
There is an outdoor parking lot with a limited number of spots and you can park for free, if there are remaining spots.

This apartment is on the fourth floor of a family residence which has been recently renovated and has elevators; it is just in front of the beach and maritime promenade, only 200 metres from the centre of the seaside resort of Cambrils with its port, restaurants and shops.
It is in the quiet area close to the park "El Pescador", great for a walk with your family. You're a few steps from the maritime promenade which goes all along the fine sand beach between Cambrils - Tarraco and Cap Salou.
Touristic License: HUTT-001477.Cambrils is a seaside resort suitable for families, located 100Km South from Barcelona, 5Km from Salou and the theme park Port Aventura; it is known for the quality of its equipped beaches, its typical fishing harbour, its gastronomy, and its long promenade with many French tourists who return year after year. The touristy area Vilafortuny is located northwards with its little shops in front of the sea, and southwards stand the residential areas of Tarraco and La Llosa.
