Air conditioned apartment with terrace and overall view, standing in a residence with community swimming pools (adults' and children's pools) which has an ideal situation about 3 minutes walk from La Pineda's beach.
Spacious and functional apartment with 2 double bedrooms (the first one with a double bed and the second one with 2 single beds), a practical kitchen opened with a serving hatch to the living room as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.
From the large living room which offers a dining area with a table and 6 chairs as well as a rest zone with sofa-bed and flat screen television, there is a direct access out, thanks to a wide picture window, to a wide covered terrace which has been furnished with a table, chairs, 2 sun beds and a large sunshade to enjoy at any time of the day the quietness of the area and overall view to the surrounding land.
This property is bright as standing on the fourth floor, in a residence with elevators.
Also especially comfortable and completely equipped to host up to 6 persons with household appliances, a ceiling fan in the living room, other pedestal fan and integrated closets in the bedrooms and a double sofa bed. The rental includes an unlimited Internet connection, a private parking spot in the residence, the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels as well as air conditioning in the living room.
It is part of a family residence with 2 swimming pools (adults and kids) and outdoor showers, in a prettily maintained garden; it stands in a quiet little dead-end street with easy free parking just outside the residence, next to a nice park with lawn, benches and little pedestrian alleys.
In a quiet residential area, at the bottom of La Pineda's seaside resort, it stands close to a surveyed beach, less busy, but yet remains close to all kinds of facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, ice-cream makers, bus stops to visit the region, etc …) and activities (Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura theme park, children playgrounds facing the beach, etc …).
There is easy walking access, strolling on the maritime promenade which is lined with gardens, fountains, shops, playgrounds (swings, petanque tracks, etc …), restaurants, chill-out bars, etc …
The Aquopolis water park and its numerous big slides is available in the centre of the seaside resort and Salou, with its famous Port Aventura theme park, are less than 6 kms from this property.
This property is highly recommended for families searching for a quiet environment yet staying close to the beach, swimming pool for the kids and with easy access to an animated centre.

La Pineda is a seaside resort over Costa Dorada, which stands 100 kms South from Barcelona, 5 kms South from Tarragona with its rich cultural patrimony and UNESCO classification (Roman ruins), 2 kms North from Salou and close to the famous Port Aventura theme park.
La Pineda extends all the way by a long fine sand beach, appreciated by families for its crystal water and soft slope, ideal for young children; it is lined by a beautiful maritime promenade, for walks and rides, fitted out with palm trees, high pine trees, children playgrounds, shops and pretty fountains.
The seaside resort is favorable to family tourism as it offers activities for people of all age including the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, the modern Aquum Spa and Thalasso centre, sports and entertainment activities on the beach, many tapas bars, chill-out cafes, ice-cream makers, shops of all sorts, children playgrounds, musical bars, as well as the big Pacha Nightclub.
From La Pineda, you easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and family residential area, nestled among a more preserved and natural environment which offers large sand creeks as well as a little shopping centre with stores, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …
Cap Salou has the most beautiful beaches and creeks over Salou, all of them connected to one another and to the resort's animated centre thanks to a pedestrian footbridge which was fitted out a couple of years ago and runs all along the coast.
