Spacious apartment with a large terrace located in a pleasant family residence with swimming pools and playground, very close to the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people
The apartment is divided into two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed and large windows with access to the terrace, the second bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds), then there is the spacious full bathroom with bidet and bathtub. Across the hall is the fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, etc.) and also with access to the terrace. Finally, there is the large living-dining room furnished with a dining set, sofa bed, television and large windows to access the large terrace furnished with a garden dining set, roller awning and with clear views of La Pineda.
The accommodation offers optional services to be requested in advance: an underground parking space at € 8 / day and bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person.
Located on the fourth floor with a lift, within an ideal residence for families because it has two swimming pools (adults and children) with a safety fence, a shaded garden, a basketball and soccer field, and a children's playground.
The residence and the pools are safe, there are wide pedestrian walkways to circulate and a private exit located at the bottom of the garden allows you to get to the beach faster.
The residential building is located just 300 meters from the extensive sandy beach of La Pineda along its promenade, where showers, lifeguard posts, beach bars, small shops, etc. are installed. And very close to the tourist center of the coastal town, close to all kinds of amenities, services and activities, including the Aquopolis water park, the Aquum spa and bus stops.
A few minutes by car or bus is Salou, the tourist capital of the Costa Dorada, with its PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
Bedding and towels are not included.
Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.

La Pineda is a very beautiful coastal city that is part of the Costa Dorada area, it is located 100 km south of Barcelona, 8 km from Tarragona whose Tarraco archaeological site in front of the beach, is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco. 10 km away are the cities of Reus, known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets; and Cambrils with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club. Salou is 5 km away with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe.
La Pineda stretches along a large sandy beach, crystal clear waters and a slight slope ideal for children to play by the sea. This city also has a pleasant pedestrian and cyclist promenade with palm trees and tall pines, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors and pretty fountains.
The coastal city promotes family tourism by offering activities for all ages such as the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show and a modern Aquum spa and thalassotherapy center.
From La Pineda you can easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and familiar area known for its natural landscapes and coves with crystal clear waters. Salou is a coastal city that offers all kinds of leisure activities for adults and children, including the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park, its characteristic golden sand, its international culture and its festive atmosphere make Salou one of the most fashionable places on the Costa Dorada and in Spain.
