Air conditioned apartment in a beautiful family residence with swimming pools (adults and children), green zones, sports tracks and, for the youngest ones, children playground, close to the beach and centre of La Pineda.
Spacious apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with bathtub), a modern independent kitchen,a large living room and two terraces.
From the living room, you have a direct way out, using picture windows, to the 2 terraces of the apartment: the first one, bigger, is 20 sqm and has view onto the swimming pool and the second one, lateral, is smaller.
Both of them are furnished with a table and chairs and on the main terrace there is a rolling sun blind to enjoy your meals and times for rest.
This is a well maintained and very comfortable property, equipped with the integrated air conditioning in all the rooms as well as a private parking spot and, if necessary, the linen can be provided to you as an optional service.
The apartment is very bright with a large window or picture window in each room and for being on the third floor of the residence with elevators.
Family residence with secure swimming pools (2 pools for adults and children), outdoor showers, green zones, sports tracks (basketball, soccer, etc...), children playground as well as a little path with a pedestrian access to get more easily to the beach and to the centre of La Pineda's resort.
Ideally located, 300 metres only from La Pineda's main fine sand beach with its fitted out maritime promenade fitted out with shops and restaurants, and 200 metres from the animated centre of La Pineda's resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities and leisure activities: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, Aquopolis water park, etc...
Only 5 minutes from there, you'll find Salou and the famous Port Aventura theme park.
This property is highly recommended for excellent family holidays.

La Pineda is a family seaside resort standing about 100 kms. South from Barcelona, 5 kms from Tarragona, known for its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO and 2 kms North from Salou.
La Pineda goes all along a large fine sand beach with maritime promenade, shops, restaurants, beach huts, children playground as well as high pine trees and fountains.
It is very much appreciated by families and offers many activities, suitable for the young and not-so-young, such as the Aquopolis water park, a dolphinarium, a modern Spa and fitness centre, sports and leisure activities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, children playgrounds, etc... as well as the famous Pacha nightclub. .
Only 5 minutes from there stands Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the most important in Europe, with the opening in 2017 of Ferrari Land.
