Pleasant air conditioned studio in a family residence with big community green zone and beautiful surveyed swimming pool, very close to the beach and centre.
This apartment offers a very good value for money, it is very well equipped with household appliances, music system, storage furnishing, and the air conditioning included, bright and is perfectly functional.
Its lay out is ideal for a 4 people family with two individual beddings in the living room and a sofa-bed at a lower level : these two areas can be kept separate, if necessary, with a curtain to provide each of you with a certain intimacy.
There also is a kitchen with household appliances, ceiling fan and a pretty view onto the swimming pool of the residence, the green zone and, further in the distance, the sea, as well as a complete bathroom with shower, washing machine and a closet with big mirrors.
It stands on the fifth floor (elevator) of a family residence with a big secure community swimming pool with wire fencing and, throughout the summer, a lifeguard, outdoor showers and a vast green zone.
There also is in the residence a little bar, very friendly, on the ground floor, just before the swimming pool, ideal to enjoy a fresh drink while the kids are swimming and playing.
Ideally situated, only 100 metres from La Pineda's main beach with its maritime promenade, its fitted out beach huts, this residence stands in the very centre of the seaside resort where all kinds of facilities are within reach: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, ice-cream makers, games rooms, bars, chemists, shops, outdoor children playgrounds, etc...
For both the young and not-so-young, the Aquopolis water park is only 1 km from the residence and, in a few minutes drive, you can get to Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital with its famous Port Aventura theme park.
Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16.

La Pineda is a family seaside resort standing about 100 kms. South from Barcelona, 5 kms from Tarragona, known for its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO and 2 kms North from Salou.
La Pineda goes all along a large fine sand beach with maritime promenade, shops, restaurants, beach huts, children playground as well as high pine trees and fountains.
It is very much appreciated by families and offers many activities, suitable for the young and not-so-young, such as the Aquopolis water park, a dolphinarium, a modern Spa and fitness centre, sports and leisure activities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, children playgrounds, etc... as well as the famous Pacha nightclub. .
Only 5 minutes from there stands Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the most important in Europe, with the opening in 2017 of Ferrari Land.
