Apartment with terrace and air conditioning inside a residence with gardens and swimming pool, it is part of the hotel complex Estival Park Resort****, very close to the beach and the center of La Pineda.
Comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 4 people.
The well-kept apartment has a bedroom, built-in wardrobe, two single beds and large windows to access the terrace, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room furnished with its dining set, sofa bed, television and some large windows to access the covered terrace that has a table, chairs, two loungers, all rollable and beautiful views of the swimming pools of the hotel complex and in the distance views of the sea.
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes air conditioning (one device in the living room and another in the bedroom).
Optional services to be requested in advance are Wi-Fi at € 25 / week, bed linen (sheets and shower towels) at € 10 / person and the possibility of a place in the underground parking at € 10 / day.
Located on the third floor with elevator inside a residence that offers a communal area with well-kept gardens that surround the large pool with a beautiful wooden bridge in the middle, it also has a pool for children, both are supervised, with loungers and rest areas around.
The residence is part of the hotel and apartment complex Estival Park Resort**** with numerous gardens, swimming pools and internal pedestrian paths to go directly to the beach and the promenade. Estival Park Resort**** is located very close to the extensive sandy beach of La Pineda along its promenade, where showers, lifeguard posts, beach bars, small shops, etc. are installed. And very close to the tourist center of the coastal town, close to all kinds of amenities, services and activities, including the Aquopolis water park.
A few minutes by car or bus is Salou, the tourist capital of the Costa Dorada, with its PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park.
