Bright adjoining air conditioned villa, well kept and fully equipped in a family residence with a community green area and swimming pool. The house counts with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed + 4 single beds), two complete bathrooms (one of them with bathtub and the other one with a shower), this for you to get some more comfort. An independent equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc...) as well as a living room with a direct way out to the private garden which, paved and furnished (table + chairs + sunshade), allows a direct secure access to the community green zone and swimming pool of the residence (thanks to a private gate).
