Enjoying an exceptional location in the heart of the Grande Motte resort and just 20 m from the beach, the residence houses air-conditioned, fully-equipped apartments opening onto a terrace or loggia. During the day, you can enjoy walks in the Camargue or use the heated outdoor swimming pool from April onwards (closed exceptionally in April).

Opening hours and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: €300 (cheque, credit card).
The deposit is destroyed within 24 hours after inspection of the accommodation.
Accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5pm - departure before 10am.
Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.
In the event of arrival outside reception opening hours, please inform the residence, which will tell you what to do.

very unpleasant smell in the bathroom very noisy because neighbours occupy two adjoining apartments and do not close the doors until very late at night, so it is a difficult night

a nice master bedroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a very nice terrace sheltered from the sun and the wind (sun in the afternoon), a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a toilet and an extra bathroom, the possibility to sleep 2 people on the sofa in the living room and another on a pouf bed...a paying parking but giving directly by lift to the floor where the apartment 313 les dunes was; this apartment is on the 1st floor with a nice view with the sea in the background .I think that on the 2nd floor the view must be perfect...the swimming pool is nice but not too big...the outside parking was not occupied by the clients of the thermal center as it was closed so a lot of people parked on it and sulked the parking which is under the residence.everything is very well secured (code to enter the outside parking code to enter the concerned part we were the dunes...code for the paying parking under the residence...the environment is quiet and the beach is very close.
