Outbuilding of a large villa where the owners live, located in a dominating position above the Versilia valley. The location of this accommodation is excellent; you can enjoy a 360° panorama while lounging on the pool side. The sea extends outward in the background and on clear days, you can see as far as the Tuscany archipelago and Corsica. From the outbuilding you can enjoy a view of the Apuan Alps and the countryside. The large property is completely fenced-in and you access the outbuilding from a small alley surrounded vineyards. At the guests' disposal, shared with the owner: garden furniture, swimming pool (15x7, 1.2-2.8 m deep) (01/05-30/09), table and chairs for outdoor dining.
