This charming holiday home, semi-domestic with the FBF112, will delight a family or couple of friends looking for peace and quiet in Brittany. This property awaits you in a magnificent bucolic setting that offers you a splendid panoramic view of the surroundings. The interior was carefully renovated in 2013 and the natural stone walls and traditional furniture add a touch of charm to the house. You can enjoy the sun as much as you can on the garden furniture or on the deckchairs by the superb common swimming pool (heated to 26°). For moments of absolute relaxation, the property has a shared heated Jacuzzi. You can walk in the large 5500m² shared garden and relax in the hammocks. Nearby, you can take nice walks on the hiking trails or try river fishing. The south coast (32 km) offers its surf spots, its long white sandy beaches. Do not miss to visit the cities of Concarneau (25 km), and Pont-Aven (16 km), cities full of history and gastronomy. Can be rented at the same time as the FBF112 and FBF121 to accommodate 22 people
