Beautiful villa rental of 1000 m2 which consists of a main building, an apartment and a dependence situated in a panoramic position near Foiano della Chiana in the Cortona area, an ancient village of Etruscan origins between Cortona and Montepulciano. Ideal location for those who want to see the main towns and cities in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa, designed by a famous local architect, dates back to the early 1990s and is characterized by a large garden of approx. 10,000 m2 with alleys and blossoming trees where you can also find a large swimming pool (12x6, depth 1,1-2,5 m)(27/04-28/09) with mosaic by the American Culligan, with jacuzzi area and counter-current swimming. The garden is equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and in an area shaded by pine trees there is a small children's park with games, table-tennis and a hammock. The gazebo/winter garden can seat up to 70 people for weddings or events.
