Hot water is dangerous for children. Alcove with bunk beds separated by a closet not closed from the main room not functional forced to go to bed early us too and no TV. The elevators are a pain, especially when you are on the 9th floor with 2 to take to get to the apartment! Complicated arrivals and departures. The swimming pool and SPA point are great but the opening time should be extended because at 6pm skiers can't really enjoy it.

The accommodation was spacious enough for 6 people and very pretty. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation left something to be desired: we had to redo all the dishes before eating because everything was dirty, dust on the floor and on the furniture. Moreover, the dishwasher "burned out" in the middle of the night, we had to air for more than an hour because of the smoke. The reception was informed of this incident but nothing was done. No inventory of fixtures on arrival and nothing was visually checked on departure either. Only the deposit check was given to us. The good mood and the setting "saved" our stay...
