Cosy house for 5 people with private swimming-pool and garden at the heart of Provence countryside.
Located in Cabriès, small village gazing at Provence from the top of a hill, this house allies comfort, nature and privacy thanks to a 800m2 garden, while located within close range of Marseilles beaches and Aix-en-Provence.
Location:
The house is built directly adjacent to the house of the property owner, but has its own private garden. The whole complex is closed from the property next door, completely fenced and secured with a gate. Being at the heart of Provence will enable you to experience this very enjoyable lifestyle: the sieste (nap) in the afternoon, the glass of pastis (typical southern French drink) while enjoying a delicious local meal, all this to the beat of the cigales (crickets).
Indoors:
The house is equipped and thought to be practical and comfortable. It can accommodate 5 people in a spacious and well-distributed space, composed of a combined living/dining room, a functional equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and guest toilets. All rooms are provided with ample closet space.
Outdoors:
From both living room and kitchen you have access to a private furnished terrace and the adjoining garden. There you will find the swimming-pool, available from early June to mid-september.
