No information on the campsite's entertainment for the weekend or the campsite's facilities. A difficult welcome because the people who greeted us spoke mostly English and we were very disappointed when we were told our departure time was 10am on Sunday morning. Next time I'll contact the campsite directly for a future weekend.

-Average equipment cleanliness: the changing rooms are dirty and only cleaned at the end of the day. The pool lacks a regular squeegee cleaner. - 2 out of 3 lockers at the pool don't lock. Moreover, where everywhere else you need a caddy token, we're asked for a 2 euro coin! Why not do what we do elsewhere... - cold showers at the pool, very unpleasant! Why aren't the showers heated? 1 single pool supervisor who's overworked! And as a result, the outdoor pool area is closed. Not up to standard for a 5*. The reception is below par. The staff don't speak a word of French, don't answer the phone, and just show you their documents printed in French! Recruit people who speak French to welcome in France! It'll simplify exchanges. What's more, you can tell they're being bothered: as soon as they see the poster, they go back to their lodgings to watch TV ... a strange kind of welcome ...
