Ancient stone-built farmhouse that has been renovated and transformed into a delightful holiday house. Inside a property which includes Villa Orlando and Liliana, situated on the side of a hill covered with olive trees and small wood groves just outside of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan city that still preserves the charm of this ancient civilization. The house's elevated position allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the Valdichiana countryside and an excellent level of peace and quiet. The house is perfect for large families or groups of friends and couples who want to spend a holiday together, relaxing or seeing the famous cities and towns in this part of Tuscany, along the Umbrian border. The area that surrounds the house is spread out over various levels with a beautiful terrace that is perfectly equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue and swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5, 1.40 m deep) (01/05-30/09). Comfortable furniture with Tuscan antiques as well. Central heating, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, DVD player, midweekly towel change. Internet connection is available at the owner's house, about 250 m from Casa di Nello. Possibility of cleaning service and a cook for delicious Tuscan dishes. Car park.
