Enjoying an exceptional location in the heart of the resort, only 20 m from the beach, the residence houses air-conditioned and equipped apartments, most of which open onto a terrace or loggia.
At your disposal on site: small heated outdoor swimming pool open from April, wifi access in the apartments (charged), laundry (charged), outdoor parking and covered parking (on reservation, charged).

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on the day of arrival: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post. The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1,65€/day/persons (from 18 years old)
Eco participation to be paid on site: 0,20€/day/person (from 18 years old)
Departure and arrival times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.

very unpleasant smell in the bathroom very noisy because neighbours occupy two adjoining apartments and do not close the doors until very late at night, so it is a difficult night

a nice master bedroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a very nice terrace sheltered from the sun and the wind (sun in the afternoon), a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a toilet and an extra bathroom, the possibility to sleep 2 people on the sofa in the living room and another on a pouf bed...a paying parking but giving directly by lift to the floor where the apartment 313 les dunes was; this apartment is on the 1st floor with a nice view with the sea in the background .I think that on the 2nd floor the view must be perfect...the swimming pool is nice but not too big...the outside parking was not occupied by the clients of the thermal center as it was closed so a lot of people parked on it and sulked the parking which is under the residence.everything is very well secured (code to enter the outside parking code to enter the concerned part we were the dunes...code for the paying parking under the residence...the environment is quiet and the beach is very close.
