Pleasant air conditioned villa with a nice private swimming pool, in a quiet residential area close to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa just as to the resort's centre.
Spread over one floor only, it counts with 3 double bedrooms, the main one with double bed, big closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning, a second one with double bed and a third one with pullout single beds and a large closet, 2 complete bathrooms (a shower and a bathtub), a functional independent kitchen with a complete range of household appliances (dishwasher, oven, big fridge, etc … ), large work surface and much storage, as well as a spacious living room with a comfortable dining area, quality corner sofa and a big flat screen television with international channels.
Bright, as it opens from both the living room and kitchen to a pretty covered and furnished terrace and to a paved garden where you'll find a stone barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower, this villa also counts with a parking area within the completely fenced property.
Entirely private, this is an individual house, comfortable and very well maintained with a complete quality equipment: household appliances, 4 televisions spread over the living room and bedrooms, DVD reader, satellite access to international channels, ceiling fan, leather sofa, alarm, etc …

About 700 metres from the house, there is a little shopping centre with bakery, take-away food store, restaurant, as well as a big supermarket which makes shopping easier.
It is very well located in a quiet family housing scheme, with quick access to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa, with fine sand, beach huts, lifeguards, showers, etc …
The closest creeks are Cala de les Sirenes, dels Vienesos, then followed Southwards by a succesion of little creeks, all of them very nice and perfect to disconnect, until reaching the long beach of Playa Cristal, about 3 kms from the villa, with children playground, maritime promenade, shops and restaurants.
Miami Playa's centre with supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream makers, chemist, games room, etc … is easily reachable about 2 kms from the house and there are, closeby, bus stops with lines to the nearby resorts of Cambrils, Salou or La Pineda, just as to the cities of Reus, Tarragona or Barcelona.
This property is perfect for families searching for an all-con villa with private swimming pool close to the beach.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.
Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.

Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
