Economic apartment within a beautiful family residence with swimming pools and playground, close to the beach and downtown Miami Playa.
Well equipped rental to accommodate up to 2 people (or 4 people if 2 are small children).
The apartment is distributed in a small bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub and where the washing machine is located. The well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.) opens to the living room furnished with a dining set, double sofa bed, television, dvd player, ceiling fan. The large windows in the living room provide a beautiful natural light and the feeling of an open space.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi and bed linen (sheets and shower towels). The house does not include parking, however it is free to park in the surrounding streets.
