Well kept and equipped apartment in a family residence with a large green zone and community swimming pool.
The apartment, bright and on the second floor, has the air conditioning and linen included, for your highest comfort, and has a nice furnished terrace (table + chairs+ sunblind) so that you can, if you wish it, have lunch and dimmer outside.
It is part of one of the most beautiful residences in La Pineda with its huge community green zone of about 20.000 square metres, two swimming pools, fountains, paddle tracks, mini-gulf, petanque and children playground.

There are several activities available such as the water park Aquopolis, a dolphinarium, a spa and fitness center, bars, restaurants, night clubs, there is a large sand beach. Salou and its famous theme park Port Aventura , one of the biggest in Europe is only at 5 minutes from La Pineda.
