Villa Vision is a large Provencal house that can accomodate from up to 8 people.
It has an area of 250 m2 divided into 3 levels with 3 terraces. 2 large terraces have beautiful views of the coast and mountains. It is located in a quiet and sunny place with panoramic views over the Riviera, Cap Ferrat, Cap d'Antibes. It is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the quietness of the countryside , but also wish to have an easy and fast access to the Riviera.
The house is secured with electric gates.
The villa is divided into two separate halves: One half is occupied by the owner and the other half with 250 m2 is available to the rentor. One has complete privacy in one's half of the villa inside as well as out. The pool is only for the use of the rentors during the rental period.
Interior:
This holiday house has been furnished and equipped with modern and new elements, and tasteful decoration.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, an office area (with wireless, phone / intercom), access to the garden and the pool. There is also a laundry room with sink and washing machine (an ironing board and iron can be found on the first level).
The second level is mainly a large and well equipped kitchen that includes a table with four chairs. It is also on this level you will find the toilets and the largest room (65m ). Its large terrace (50m ) provides access to the garden and the pool; and has a dining table and 8 chairs and a barbecue.
On the third floor you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
During the windy days, you can enjoy the sun on the solarium terrace of 25 m2, and on the roof terrace.
Exterior:
In front of the villa, there is a beautiful biological swimming pool (untreated spring water), cascading, with two pools of water plants and a waterfall. From the pool the veiw of the sea and the mountain is breathtaking.
The garden is landscaped in a typical beautiful Mediterranean fashion with olive trees, fig trees, mimosas, lemon, mandarin, bougainvillea, lavender and other flowers. There is also a pool of water lilies and fishes.
The Area:
It only takes a few minutes to many interesting places and tourist attractions: Approximately 3 minutes to Vence; 20 minutes to the airport in Nice; 15 minutes to the beaches or Antibes; 25 minutes to the centre of Nice; and 35 minutes to the centre of Cannes.
Long Term Rental:
