Cozy holiday house in the Sunny Tuscany for 4 people (possibility of 6 on request and for a fee), with common pool.
The plot consists of two villas, one is independent and the second one is attached to the owners house. Each house has a garden, and the great swimming pool is shared. The privileged location of the house provides its guests with panoramic views of the valley and the horizon. If you are looking for a peaceful and energizing holiday, this location is the ideal place to forget about all your worries.
Location:
This villa is situated in the vineyard area of Montalbano, in Monsummano Terme. This town is a thermal resort located in the north of Tuscany. Nearby you can visit beautiful places as Florence, Pistoia and Lucca. It is a rich historical area which offers a great range of activities to do throughout the year.
Indoors:
Sofia is an independent villa located at the back from the main house. It is nicely decorated in a rustic style, typical from the Tuscany and it enjoys from stunning views. It consists of one floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-living room with a nice fire place, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom.
There is the possibility to book the floor upstairs which contains one more double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a mini fridge and coffee-making facilities. This extra room has its own entrance. Please note: The extra room is only available on request and for a fee. The room is not suitable for small children and disabled persons.
Outdoors:
The grassy garden is equipped with table, chairs and a BBQ to enjoy fabulous outdoors days. From the big swimming pool you will be delighted with the wonderful views of the area.
