Holiday Apartment for 4 people (+ 1 person on requeset and for a fee) with common swimingpool, in Larciano, Tuscany.
Cipressi is a 55 m2 large apartment in a house with two other apartments. Beautiful decorated in typical Tuscan style and with access to large garden with swimming pool and lovely natural surroundings.
Location:
This apartment is in a strategic position, in Larciano near Montecatini and Pistoia. The property is located within a kilometer of the nearest town and 6 km to markets and shops.
Indoors:
Typical stone Tuscan country house, divided into three cozy apartments, each of them furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture in the tradition of elegant Tuscan farmhouses. Cipressi is located at the ground floor and has a beautiful old arched entrance made with red bricks, which leads into a large living-room with double sofa bed and an open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare home made meals. It has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoors:
In front of the entrance there is a private patio with a table and chairs. There is a communal swimming pool that is set in a beautiful position and is provided with umbrellas and deckchairs.
Also, the whole villa is surrounded by a large property, offering a wonderful variety of plants such as olive-trees, cypresses, oaks, fruit trees and many Mediterranean bushes.
